At LifeCycles, PLLC, we specialize in placing highly-qualified, compassionate professionals with those in need of in-home or private office behavioral health counseling. Our team of licensed clinical social workers are experienced, dedicated and trained to provide behavioral health counseling to people and their families struggling to cope with the personal and environmental effects of chronic illness, mental illness and aging, among things. Our counselors develop customized treatment plans that help our clients achieve specific goals in a trusted setting.

Adult & Senior Adult Services

Aging can often be difficult. Some seniors have to find ways to cope with changes that are associated with age to include health, finances, and other social issues.

Often the individual experiences mild emotional or behavioral symptoms related to their experience of memory loss, and supportive therapy sessions may be clinically indicated to assist the individual. Mood disorders, behavioral dysfunctions, and other concerns can also be addressed with individual Psychotherapy sessions.

Finally, we can provide individual therapy for family members, who may be experiencing guilt, depression, loss, or anxiety as well.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is an essential part of the treatment plan; in that family members can be most helpful in enlisting the individual’s involvement in therapy and activities.

Involvement of family-members is also essential in order to provide education about the disease process/equipping families with skills that might assist in communication and support of their loved ones.

Family Therapy provides support to caregivers and patients, with goals tailored to the patient and family.

Psycho Education

Our clinicians can provide psycho education to include the following topics: normal aging vs. dementia, memory modules, the disease process and what to expect, Grief and Loss, Shame and Guilt, Art therapy and memory, and much more.

We are dedicated in providing support for clients and their families.

Youth / Adult Therapy

We provide both individual and family psychotherapy for individuals that are needing support to overcome a crisis and trauma. Our main approach is supportive therapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Solution Focused approach.

We operate mainly from a strengths perspective. Strengths-based approaches value the capacity, skills, knowledge, connections and potential in individuals. The assumption is- people can experience change, if given the resources to foster change.

Regardless of your challenges: depression, anxiety, or adjustments to life’s cycles, we can work together to reach goals.
